  1. Approval is subject to Administrative Circular No. 4 Year 2021: Garis Panduan Pembangunan Bahan Perpustakaan Akademi Seni Budaya dan Warisan Kebangsaan (ASWARA). Download Pekeliling
  2. The purchase limit per one reference material title - 1 copy for every 20 students up to a maximum of 3 copies.
  3. For Additional Reference or Research readings – only one copy (e-books given priority).
  4. The Library reserves the right to refuse a request, if in its judgement, fulfilment of the request would involve violation of Copyright Act 1987 (Act 332) and/or the Printing Presses and Publications Act 1984 (Act 301).
