The loan period for normal books depends on your current status at the university.
Please ask a librarian for assistance with a normal loan. Be sure to take note of the date and time of the loan.
You must have your university ID card or library membership card in order to borrow or renew items. Using another person’s card to borrow items is strictly prohibited.

You can use ASWARA Library Online Catalogue (WebOPAC) and search for books using keywords (such as author or title) to retrieve the desired books. Please check the availability and note the category mark below. Use the ASWARA Library Virtual Map, a 3D representation of the library, to help you locate the shelf number.
Go to ASWARA and click on the USER link at the top of the screen. Log in using your library number and PIN. Then, click on the BORROW tab to view the status of your borrowed books.

You can check the due date on the slip inside the book or the transaction slip from the self-service machine. Loan information will also be sent to your official ASWARA email.
