Room / Space Reservation
- Reservations must be made at least one day before the intended usage date by filling out the reservation form.
- Last minute reservations are subject to availability. Reservations must be made at least 30 minutes before use.
- Additional usage time is allowed on the condition that no other reservation has been made by other users and it is requested at least 10 minutes before the end of the current usage period.
- Reserved rooms that remain unused 15 minutes after the start of the reservation time will be allocated to other users.
- All users have to comply with the established rules. This service will be suspended in the event of any rule violations.
Locker Reservation

Reservations have to be made in advance by filling out the reservation form.

Additional usage time is allowed on the condition that no other reservation has been made by other users and it is requested at least 10 minutes before the end of the current usage period.

Usage time is limited to 1 hour only.

The access code will be reset at the end of the session, and users can claim their items at the counter.
