Library Membership
- ASWARA members (students and staff with matric or staff cards) are automatically registered in the library system.
- Other applicants must register for membership manually.
- A fee of RM50.00 will be charged for any replacement of the membership card.
- A library member’s identity card may also serve as their library card.

How to register?
All full-time and part-time students, as well as permanent staff of ASWARA, will receive a student or staff card upon registration or reporting for duty. The barcode at the back of the card is used to activate the member's record in the library system.
Other applicants can register as follows :
- Users must pay an annual membership fee to register.
- Payments can be made in cash at the counter or via the E-Pay system. (Fees vary based on user category. Please refer to the user category schedule and rates.)
- A copy of a valid personal document is required, such as an identity card (front and back), a work pass/staff card and a supporting letter from the employer.
- Submit two (2) passport-sized photographs.
- The applicant must complete the registration form with accurate information, including name, current address, email and phone number.
