The Collection Retrieval Service allows registered library members to request and retrieve materials from the collection under specified conditions.
This service provides an opportunity for users who are unable to visit the library during service hours to access reference materials from the library’s collection.
Terms & Condition
- This service is limited to the ASWARA students and off-campus staff only.
- The service is FREE.
- Applicants must be a library member with an active membership.
- Before submitting an application, applicants must check the availability of the required book via the library WebOPAC.
- Not applicable for materials with the status “Checked Out”.
- Application must be submitted using a formal ASWARA email address (********@aswara.edu.my)
- Each user may request a maximum of three (3) materials from the library account at one time.
- Requested materials will be prepared within two (2) working days.
- Applicants will be notified about collection retrieval details. The library will use email for any updates. Please provide valid contact information.
- Any excuses of not knowing or not being informed about the retrieval process will not be entertained.
- General book loan eligibility applies. Applicants may borrow books up to their borrowing limit.
- The applicant is bound by the terms and rules of the library for overdue book loans and loss or damage to the library books checked out under their account.
- The library reserves the right to reject any application if necessary.
- If materials are not collected within three (3) working days, the application will be cancelled automatically.
