The Publication Supply Service is a service that allows users to request books or documents from other libraries when the required materials are not available in the ASWARA Library collections. This service is offered through the Interlibrary Loan (ILL) service for books and the Document Supply Service for journal articles, book chapters and conference papers.

- Non-academic Staff
- Non-academic Staff
- Post Graduate Students
Limit and Loan Duration
- Limited to 5 copies / year
- Load duration is based on the user’s loan eligibility
Charges and Fees
- All payments are subject to the fees charged by the library providing the materials.
- Applicants must pay the applicable fees (material charge, service charge and postage fee) at the time of collection.
- Users are responsible for paying the fees charged by the Supplier Library if the borrowed material is lost.
